Service Description

Stumpwork raised embroidery techniques are perfect for producing delightful fluffy lambs in Springtime meadows. This cute little design uses easy to learn stitches, and a finished result is achievable within a 1-day workshop. This makes it great for all levels of stitching experience, from beginners to confident. All refreshments and catering are included, served at our beautiful riverside location with private terrace at The Bear in Hungerford. The class space is fully accessible, and free parking is available to all attendees. You will need: A design and materials pack will be provided and are included in the workshop price. Equipment will also be provided, but if you have them it would be helpful to bring: - A 4 or 5" embroidery hoop or frame - Small, sharp embroidery scissors Do wear comfortable clothes. Please report to the Hotel reception on arrival, on the first day.

Places are confirmed upon booking with full payment. Payment by installment can be arranged by personal negotiation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses or workshops if prevailing circumstances demand. If we need to do so, participants will be offered a full refund or alternative date. IN CASE OF PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY IS IN EFFECT: Up to 8 weeks notice – Full refund 4–8 weeks notice – Full refund, minus administration fee of £10 1–4 weeks notice – 50% refund Less than 1 week notice – Cancellation up to and including 5 days before the scheduled date: 75% refund, plus administration charge. Cancellation after 5 days before the scheduled date: No refund.
